Candidates who wish to apply for OJEE Exam 2025 must belong to Odisha State Category (S-Category). Candidates are granted S-Category status if they fulfil any one of the following three criteria:

For admission to the undergraduate degree programme, the candidate must have passed/appeared 10+2 examination from any recognised institution in the State of Odisha.
The parents of the candidate must be natives of Odisha. To claim the benefit under this criterion, the candidate must produce a “Resident/Native Certificate” in the prescribed form (Appendix III) from a Revenue Officer not below the level of Tehsildar of the area of which his/her parents are natives.
Employees of the Government of Odisha/Government of India/Odisha Government Undertakings/Government of India Undertakings who are serving in the State of Odisha at the time of application.
