Candidates must read all the instructions carefully to fill out the OJEE 2025 application form:

1. The OJEE 2025 application form will be made available through online mode, no offline mode will be provided.
2. Candidates will be able to fill out the registration form in the fourth week of January 2025.
3. Before filling the application form, candidates must ensure to meet the basic eligibility requirements.
4. The application form will have details to be filled like personal, educational, communication details etc. 
5. Upload the scanned image of the candidate's photograph and signature in the prescribed format. 
6. Candidates must fill out their forms carefully and correctly to avoid the form being rejected.
7. The authority will provide the correction facility to the candidates to make changes in the form after submission.
8. The OJEE 2025 application form will be submitted by the third week of March 2025 as it will be the last date to apply.

Follow the following steps to apply for OJEE 2025:

Step-2: Go to the registration page by clicking on “New Candidate Registration”.

Step-3: Create registration number and create password.

Step-4: Fill in the details like personal, qualification, contact details in the application form.

Step-5: Upload the required images like photograph, signature in the prescribed size.

Step-6: Preview the form and then click on the “Submit” button.

OJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the following details regarding OJEE Eligibility Criteria 2025:

For B.Tech Course:

1. Qualification: Students must have passed the class 12th examination from any recognized board. 
2. Subjects: Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/IT/Biology/Information Practices etc. will be compulsory in the qualifying examination.

For MBA Course:

1. Qualification: Must have completed a minimum 3 years graduation degree from any recognized university.
2. Marks: Minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved category) will be required to be eligible.

For MCA Course:

1. Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree from any recognized University.
2. Marks: In the qualifying examination, candidates must obtain at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved category).

OJEE Exam Counselling 2025

The OJEE seat allotment result is released on the official website. Candidates are allotted seats based on the marks obtained by them in the entrance exam and the final merit list. Once the seat allotment is done, the selected candidates have to accept the seat by paying the seat acceptance fee. Further, students who have been allotted a seat have to report to the allotted college and pay the admission fee to confirm their seat. Students who fail to confirm their seat even after accepting the seat will not be allowed to participate in further counselling rounds.

OJEE counselling is open to candidates who have a valid JEE Main score. Counselling is conducted separately for both JEE Main and OJEE qualified candidates. Students should know that candidates with JEE Main scores will be given preference.
