The Department of Training and Placement is a very active part of the Institute, serving as the nodal point for the placements of final year students. It is headed by the Training and Placement Officer and is supported by all the department's placement faculty coordinators and student representatives.

The department provides a platform to recruiting organizations and graduating students to facilitate job placements for the students. It has maintained an excellent placement tradition, even during challenging times like the recession period, by making consistent efforts to provide maximum job opportunities to students across the country.

Efforts are consistently being made to develop interactive communication with leading industries interested in recruiting students from the institute.
