Ranchi Women's College offers BA in 14 specializations, B.Sc. in 7 specializations, B. Com, BCA, and BBA degree courses at the undergraduate level.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exams from a recognized board to be eligible to apply for BA and B. Com programs. For the B.Sc. program, candidates must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and/or Biology as subjects in Class XII with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

For BBA and BCA programs, candidates must have passed a 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with English as a compulsory subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate to be eligible to apply for these programs.

Admission is done on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying marks and/or interviews conducted by the college. The merit list will be prepared for all categories based on the applicant’s marks at 10+2. Applicants will be called for the admission process as per the merit list.
