Our college has established a Training and Placement Cell RASC, Pondicherry, which caters to the needs of professionals and invites various companies in all branches of Arts and Science. We offer the following services:
Arranging industrial visits
Providing industrial training during vacations
Organizing interviews
Offering job market information to students
Providing necessary inputs to face interviews
Organizing Guest Lecturers
Recognizing the growing importance of soft skills in today's competitive world, the department also imparts soft skills training to students from their first year onwards. This includes:
Training on aptitude
Verbal skills training
Soft skills development
These sessions are conducted in addition to regular subjects, with a dedicated focus on preparing our students for the job market.
