The placement process at NIT Mizoram operates collaboratively with the students. Additionally, the college has established a Center for Career Development to guide and train students for successful placements. As a result, a significant number of students secure job opportunities through the placement cells. The college goes the extra mile by providing training and conducting mock interviews to prepare students effectively. Workshops are also organized to enhance the skills of students and increase their chances of getting placed. Notably, renowned companies such as CEAT, TVS, Infosys, Amazon, POSOCO, Chegg, etc., actively participated in the campus placement drives.
