Malaviya National Institute Of Technology, Jaipur Training and Placement

The Training and Placement (T&P) cell at MNIT institution collaborates closely with renowned organizations to establish internship and training programs for students. Our office maintains active engagement with numerous companies and industries across the country, attracting nearly 200 companies to conduct campus interviews annually. These organizations represent a diverse range of sectors, including Core Engineering Industries, IT and IT-enabled services, Manufacturing, Consultancy Firms, Investment and Finance Companies, Management Organizations, and R&D laboratories.

All relevant information regarding job offers, interview schedules, and candidate selections is disseminated through the Training and Placement Office, ensuring students are well-informed and prepared for upcoming opportunities.

Placement Procedure for Companies

To initiate the placement process, companies are required to complete either the Job Notification Form (JNF) for job placements or the Internship Notification Form (INF) for internships. These forms should then be submitted through the Training and Placement Cell (TPC) portal. The purpose of the JNF/INF is to introduce the job/internship profile to potential candidates and inform them of the company's specific requirements.

Following the submission of the JNF/INF, companies will receive allocated slots and dates for conducting Pre-Placement Talks (PPT), Written Tests, or Online Tests. Companies need to confirm these allocated slots by a specified date to secure their position in the placement schedule. Failure to confirm the allotted slot may result in its reallocation to other companies upon their request. Any requests for slot changes can be accommodated, subject to availability.

Moreover, companies have the option to request resumes of interested students from the TPC. Before the commencement of the placement process, companies are entitled to shortlist candidates based on their criteria and requirements. This affords companies the flexibility to tailor their recruitment efforts and identify candidates who best fit their organizational needs.

In summary, the placement process aims to facilitate seamless interactions between companies and potential candidates. By following these procedures, we aim to ensure a fair and efficient recruitment process that benefits both employers and students. For any further assistance or queries, companies are encouraged to contact the Training and Placement Cell.

We eagerly anticipate building successful partnerships with your organization through our placement process.
