Khalsa College offers admissions in B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, BPT, and Journalism & Multimedia at UG level. The admission criteria are different for each course and may require candidates to appear in an entrance test or interview.

The admissions are also direct and merit-based for some courses. The minimum eligibility is a pass in 10+2 in the relevant group from a board recognized by GNDU.

The merit for entrance-based courses will be based on 70% marks in the Entrance Test and 30% marks in the qualifying class.
Merit for B. A in Social Sciences will include 40% marks in the qualifying exam and 60% marks in the interview.
