KRCT has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell. It organizes a number of training programs for the students with the help of in-house experts and experts drawn from professional agencies. The cell helps in moulding the students to the requirements of various industries. Various training programs are conducted regularly to develop their employability skills. More than 50 companies visited the campus to recruit students with the highest salary package offered being INR 10 LPA and the average package offered is INR 2.66 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Asianpaints, Tech Mahindra, Justdial, Balaji Industries, Byju’s etc.
