Gulzar Group of Institutes (GGI), Ludhiana is programs are offered at various levels, including the undergraduate Degree i.e. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) CSE in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) with a major in Information Technology Engineering etc., Postgraduate degree i.e. MBA (Master of Business Administration), Master of Science (M.Sc.) Information Technology, Master of Commerce (M. Com) etc. and many more. Admission 2024-25
Admissions to the B.Tech courses are on the basis of JEE Main scores, while admissions to MBA are conducted on the basis of CAT / MAT / GMAT/ ATMA. Admissions to all the other courses are merit-based.
Foreign/NRI applicants must obtain the conditional offer letter or 'acceptance letter' from the college before applying for an Indian student visa.
Candidates applying through the Management quota are selected based on their scores in the last qualifying examination.
Those with a 3-year Diploma in Engineering or a B.Sc. degree in a relevant field are eligible for admission to the B.Tech program through Lateral Entry.
SC/ST category candidates receive a 5% relaxation in the minimum eligibility criteria for marks.
The application process is conducted online.
For MBA admissions, candidates are selected based on their scores in CAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA.

Gulzar Group of Institutes provides 4-year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs in Automation & Robotics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
The minimum eligibility for B.Tech admission is a pass in 10+2 from a recognized board in the Science stream with a minimum of 45% combined marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Admission is based on the JEE (Main) merit score.
SC/ST candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks requirement. Admission under the Lateral Entry scheme to the 2nd year of the B.Tech program is based on the LEET score.

Gulzar Group of Institutes UG Courses Admissions 2024
Gulzar Group of Institutes offers various 3-year Bachelor's degree programs, including Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), Professional Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hotel Management, and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). Additionally, the institute offers two Engineering Diploma programs in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering at the undergraduate level.
The basic eligibility for these courses is a pass in 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognized board in the relevant field. Candidates are selected based on the merit of marks obtained in the last qualifying examination.
Candidates applying for the BCA program should have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 level. Diploma and B.Sc. applicants should have completed their 10+2 program in the Science stream, and those seeking admission to B.Com. (Professional) should have studied Commerce at the 10+2 level.
Gulzar Group of Institutes - MBA Admissions 2024
Gulzar Group of Institutes offers a 2-year Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Human Resource, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology. The basic eligibility for MBA admission is a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute or university.
Candidates must also have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in their qualifying degree program. Admission is based on CAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA scores. Interested candidates should visit the institute's website to fill out the online application form.
Candidates applying for government quota seats must apply with a valid CET score, while those applying through the management quota can apply based on their last qualifying exam merit. Candidates in the final year of their degree program are also eligible to apply and will receive provisional admission until all relevant documents are submitted.
Gulzar Group of Institutes PG Courses Admissions 2024
Gulzar Group of Institutes offers a Master of Commerce (M.Com) Professional program and a Master of Science in Information Technology (M.Sc. IT) course at the postgraduate level. The basic eligibility for the M.Com program is a B.Com degree from a recognized institute.
For admission to the M.Sc. IT course, candidates with a B.Sc. IT degree or any other equivalent undergraduate degree are eligible. Selection for both programs is based on the merit of marks obtained in the last qualifying examination.
Gulzar Group of Institutes Application Process 2024
Gulzar Group of Institutes accepts applications from eligible candidates through online mode only. Prospective candidates should visit the institute's website and fill out the online application form. The detailed application process is as follows:
Candidates should visit www.ggi.ac.in and click on the "APPLY ONLINE" button on the institute's homepage.
Fill out all relevant sections in the online application form with accurate details. The applicant's name should match the name on the last qualifying exam documents.
After ensuring all fields are filled correctly, applicants should submit the data to proceed to the next step, i.e., payment of the application fee.
Upon clicking "Submit," candidates will be directed to the payment gateway.
The application fee of INR 1000/- can be paid online via Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
After successful payment, a unique ID (identification number) will be generated and sent to the candidate's email/mobile number via Email or SMS. This ID must be retained by the candidate throughout the admission process.
Applicants must also send scanned copies of their qualifying documents and academic certificates to
