The Convergence Institute of Media Management and Information Technology Studies (COMMITS) is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and was founded in 2001. Commits were signed by the Governor of Karnataka, Smt. Rama Devi August 2001. In two decades, Commits has grown into one of the top five communications schools in India, offering a range of industry-recognized media courses. It is the only college to offer both undergraduate and graduate programs in journalism. In addition, taking into account the ever-changing media landscape, Commits offers courses in high-demand areas such as digital media marketing, branding and advertising, PR and corporate communications, events, and experiential marketing, as well as globally recognized and unique communications programs.
