Annamalai University actively facilitates placement initiatives through its dedicated placement and training cells. Final semester students are eligible to participate in the organized recruitment drives conducted by the university. To prepare students for the job market, the university provides soft skills training and conducts mock interviews before the actual selection process. Annamalai University has established connections with approximately 120 companies, ensuring that deserving students have access to excellent placement opportunities.

Each year, a multitude of renowned companies visit the campus to recruit students. More than 80 percent of candidates actively engage in placement drives, with a significant percentage, ranging from 50 to 75 percent, securing positions in reputable organizations that offer competitive salary packages.  The highest salary offered by Annamalai University reaches up to INR 10 to 15 LPA, while the average salary hovers around 2-3 LPA.
