Candidates will be able to check results through online mode only. The result can be checked by entering the roll number (given on the admit card). No rank card or scorecard is sent to the candidates through post or email.

To provide admission, a merit list is prepared based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance exam. Candidates can get shortlisted for the admission process based on the CG PET merit list and their rank.

The dates for the CG PET result are yet to be announced by CPEB. However, the result is expected to be released in June 2025. 5. After entering the required login details, the CG PET result will be displayed.

CG PET 2025 cut-off will be published online on the website of CG Vyapam. The cut-off is the rank at which admission starts and closes in various institutes participating in CG PET.

CG PET 2025 Tie-Breaking Criteria

When two or more candidates obtain the same marks in the CG PET entrance exam, following tie-breaking criteria will be followed by the authority to determine the rank:

1. Candidates securing higher marks in Mathematics will get a higher rank.
2. If there is still a tie, then candidates securing higher marks in Physics will be considered.
3. If there is still a tie, then preference will be given to applicants securing higher marks in Chemistry.
4. If the tie persists, then students of older age will be considered.
5. If the tie persists, then preference will be given to applicants securing higher marks in class 12th out of the total marks.

CG PET Counselling 2025

CG PET 2025 counselling will begin in August 2025. Candidates will be able to check the leading local newspapers of the state to check the counselling schedule.

A few days after the results are declared, the board will conduct counselling for the candidates. To grant admission, the board will prepare the merit list based on the results. As per the rank of the candidates in the merit list, they are called for the selection process.

On the day of counselling, candidates have to bring original documents as well as a photocopy of the required documents. Candidates will be allotted seats based on the choices filled by them.
