BVP CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (H.S.C)/Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) or any other equivalent examination from any recognized Board/University from any school/institute located in India.
2. Interested applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as the main subjects along with Biotechnology/Chemistry/Biology/Technology as one of the optional subjects.
3. Open-category candidates must secure 45% of the total marks in the 10+2 examination
4. Reserved category applicants must secure 40% of the total marks
5. Applicants who have appeared or are likely to appear for any qualifying examination like HSC and whose results are not yet declared will also be eligible to appear for the examination. However, such students must submit their HSC mark sheet during counselling.

BVP CET 2025 Exam Pattern

3. Medium: Only English language will be available in the exam.

6. Duration: For other exams, a total of 3 hours will be given and for MCA/MBA exam, a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes will be given.

BVP CET 2025 Admit Card

BVP CET 2025 Admit Card will be issued before the entrance exam. Candidates will be able to download the admit card through online mode, no offline method will be provided.

Login credentials such as email ID and password will be provided to access the hall entrance. It will consist of details such as name, date of birth, signature, photograph, exam date, exam time, venue, address, etc. Candidates will be required to retain a printout of the admit card for the day of the exam.

BVP CET 2025 Admission Process

Appearing for BVP CET 2025 was a three-stage process that included application, entrance exam, and counselling. An overview is given below:

STEP 1: Filling the Application Form

Application forms for BVP CET 2025 have to be filled online by logging in to the official website of BVU. Registration for BVP CET is now closed. The application form was available till June 1, 2025. To fill the online application form, candidates have to register on the official website as new users.

STEP 2: Downloading the Admit Card

The BVP CET 2025 admit cards were released online on the institute's website. Candidates had to download their admit cards from the official website on the scheduled date as notified in the admission schedule.

STEP 3: Appearing for the Entrance Exam

BVU conducted the BVP CET 2025 on June 9, 2025. This exam is a mandatory step to secure admission to the university. The entrance exams were conducted in the format of multiple choice questions that included subject-specific questions.

STEP 4: Results

The result of BVP CET 2025 was announced on June 18, 2025. The entrance exam results for different courses were announced on different dates. Candidates can check their results on the official website.

STEP 5: Counselling

The university conducted the BVP CET 2025 counselling from July 2 to July 5, 2025. All the candidates selected on the basis of BVP CET had to participate in the admission counselling. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must confirm their admission by paying the admission fees within the specified dates.

BVP CET 2025 Cut Off

After the declaration of results, BVP CET 2025 cut-off marks will be announced. These will be published online. Candidates will be able to check the course-wise cut-off marks on campus to get admission.

Each participating institute will publish its own course-wise BVP CET cut-off marks on its website. To prepare the cut-off marks, the university will consider various factors. Candidates will be able to check the cut-off marks on their respective websites.

BVP CET 2025 Counselling

The BVP CET 2025 counselling Process will be conducted online. Candidates who are eligible for the exam will have to participate in the counselling procedure. The authority will send a call letter to the shortlisted candidates to participate in the counselling.
