Candidates can register for the December 2024 MAT on the AIMA MAT website and choose the preferred exam mode in the application form. MAT registration for CBT 1 ended on 30th November 2024. Step 2: Enter the valid email address and mobile number to request to receive a one-time password for verification.
Step 3: Log in assigned details to the log-in page and carry out the registration task.
Step 4: Finish the process by choosing the exam mode, and test city options, as well as payment mode and other details.
Step 5: The required scanned documents of a newly colored photograph and signature on a white paper should be uploaded by using a black pen in a specific format.
Step 6: Enter the details like name, age, sex, educational qualifications, experience and management institute options (MI) of your choice.
Step 7: Click on the "Submit" button to send the details.
Step 8: Get a hard copy of the duly completed application form for future use.

Candidates can check out some useful tips to prepare for MAT and achieve a better rank in the entrance exam:
AIMA will issue MAT 2024 Admit Card for for PBT, CBT, IBT to the registered applicants before each mode of the entrance exam. The admit card will be issued approximately two to three days before the date of the exam. The admit card will be issued on 10th December 2024 (PBT), 3rd December 2024 (CBT-1) and 18th December 2024 (CBT-2).
Only registered candidates will be able to download the admit card by logging in to their dashboard with details like registered email address and password. It is mandatory for registered candidates to carry a valid photo ID along with the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam without a valid admit card for MAT 2024 and a valid ID proof.
MAT exam results are released on the official website, mat.aima.in. Candidates can download the official result chart using their login credentials. MAT results are also released in four phases, after the exams.
After downloading the results, candidates can apply for admission to over 800 business schools to pursue MBA. However, candidates must remember that the selection criteria for MBA may vary for different institutions participating in MAT. Below is the process to download the MAT 2024 result and score chart.
MAT cut-off score for for PBT, CBT, IBT is the minimum score required for selection for the group discussion and personal interview round of MBA colleges that accept the exam score for admission. Candidates who meet the MAT cut-off score are selected for the admission round. MAT cut-off scores are usually lower than other MBA entrance exams like CAT, XAT or CMAT. The participating institutes will arrange the MAT 2024 counselling examination as AIMA will not conduct any counselling procedure for MAT examination. After the declaration of the result, the authority will start the counselling procedure. Candidates will have to carry their documents for the verification procedure.
