1. RCCAHM offers admission to three-year full-time BHMCT (Hotel Management) and BCTCA (Culinary Arts) programs at the Undergraduate level. Admission to BHMCT will be done based on the Entrance Exam followed by a Personal Interview conducted by the Institute.
