At Rajasthan Technical University, the placement process unfolds in three distinct stages. The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell of RTU diligently equips students with essential skills such as aptitude and reasoning, group discussion techniques, and presentation skills, and prepares them for technical as well as HR interviews. The T&P Cell collaborates with industry professionals who impart specialized training to the students. The selection process involves an Aptitude Test (written test) followed by a Group Discussion round and an Interview. Students who demonstrate their potential during the Technical Interview and HR Interview stages are extended offer letters.
